In this guide, we will explain how to sync your Lightroom CC presets across devices using Adobe’s cloud sync feature.

If you have an Adobe Creative Cloud account, you can access your presets wherever you have the Lightroom Mobile app installed.

It is important to note that native Lightroom CC presets are in XMP format, but it is also possible to import DNG presets. Here are the steps to sync your Lightroom CC presets with Lightroom Mobile.

Guide to sync Lightroom CC presets with Lightroom Mobile:

Step 1 – Make sure you have an Adobe Creative Cloud account and have logged in to both Lightroom CC and Lightroom Mobile with the same account.

Step 2 – In Lightroom CC, open the “Presets” tab at the bottom of the editing screen and click the “+” button to create a new preset.

Step 3 – Once you have created the preset, make sure it is selected and click the three dots button in the upper right corner of the presets tab. Then, select “Save preset” and choose a location to save it on your computer.

Step 4 – On your computer, open the Creative Cloud app and select the “Files” option at the top of the screen.

Step 5 – Next, drag the preset file you saved in the previous step to the Creative Cloud folder. Wait a few seconds for it to sync and make sure the preset file is now available in the cloud.

Step 6 – On your mobile device, open the Lightroom Mobile app and make sure you are logged in to the same Adobe Creative Cloud account as on your computer.

Step 7 – At the bottom of the editing screen, select the “Presets” tab and then click the “+” button to add a new preset.

Step 8 – On the preset selection screen, select the “Import presets” option and then select “From Creative Cloud”. Next, locate the preset file you synced in step 5 and select it.

Step 9 – Wait a few seconds for the preset to download and sync with the Lightroom Mobile app. It should now appear in your list of presets.
