Guide to installing presets in Adobe Lightroom CC
An easy-to-follow guide for adding presets (XMP) in the Adobe Lightroom CC desktop.
Importing DNG Presets to Lightroom CC
If you work with presets in DNG format, you can also import them into Lightroom CC. To import a DNG preset, add the DNG image to the Lightroom CC catalog and open it. Tap the three dots at the top right and select “Create Preset”. In the pop-up window, make sure all options are selected, give the preset a name, and click “Save”.
If you have an Adobe Creative Cloud account, the presets you create or download in Lightroom CC can be automatically synchronized with the Lightroom Mobile application. This way, you can access your presets wherever you have the Lightroom Mobile app installed. You can check out our guide for synchronizing Lightroom CC presets with Lightroom Mobile.
